When you ask to visit
The visit form collects your name, email address and phone number, and optionally which room you are asking about, when you would need to start, how many days a week you need and anything you write in the message box. We use it to answer you and to work out whether we can hold you a space.
It deliberately does not ask for anything sensitive about your child. There is no date of birth, no medical history, no allergy information and no diagnosis on that form, on purpose. An age band is enough to know which room, and everything else belongs in the enrollment paperwork, in person, rather than in a database behind a public web form.
We do not sell it, we do not share it with anybody outside Tiny Treasures Early Learning Center and the agency that maintains this website, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read, and we record a first-party count of page views ourselves. Neither one is used to build a profile of you, and this site carries no advertising trackers and no advertising tags of any kind.
Our own page counter records the page address, the website you arrived from if there was one, and any campaign tag in the link. It does not set a cookie, it does not store your IP address, and it records nothing that would follow you between visits. If you would rather Google Analytics did not run at all, the Google Analytics opt-out turns it off across every site that uses it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell one visit from another. Nothing else on this site sets one. There is no advertising cookie and nothing here is used for retargeting.
Children
This website is written for parents, not for children, and nothing on it is designed to be used by a child. We do not knowingly collect information from anybody under 13 through this site.
Asking us about your information
If you want to know what we hold from a form you sent, or want it deleted, email Jen@TinyTreasuresEi.com or call (631) 650-0564 and we will deal with it. This is separate from the records we are required to keep for an enrolled child, which are governed by our license.
