Five steps, and none of them is a surprise
Nobody should have to guess how this works. Here is the whole process, in order, including the bit where money is involved.
Visit, before anything else
Come and see the center. Meet us, see the room your child would be in, and ask everything you want to ask. This is also us meeting you and your child, and it is how everybody finds out whether this is the right fit before any money changes hands.
We tell you what we have
Which room, whether there is a space now, and if not, honestly where the list stands for the month you need. Infant spaces are the tightest and usually need the most notice.
The paperwork
There are forms to complete and policies to read, including health, illness and emergency procedures. We would rather you read them properly now than find out what they say on a morning when it matters.
Registration fee, and the space is yours
Once the forms are signed and the registration fee is paid, your child’s space is reserved. Nothing is held on a verbal promise, which protects you as much as us.
A start date
We agree the day and go through what to bring and what the first week usually looks like. A phased first few days is normal and often easier on everybody.
All-inclusive, and quoted honestly
Tuition covers meals, snacks and classroom materials rather than adding them on afterwards. There is no monthly supply fee and no separate food bill.
Rates depend on the room and on how many days a week you need, so we quote them once we know your child’s age and your schedule rather than printing a number here that would be wrong for most families. Ask on the visit, or call (631) 650-0564 and we will tell you over the phone.
- What is included
- Breakfast, lunch and two snacks every day
- All classroom materials and curriculum resources
- Daily updates through the app we use
- Outdoor time, twice a day in most rooms
- The full Frog Street curriculum for your child’s age
Start at step one
Tell us your child’s age and roughly when you would need to start. That is enough for us to tell you whether there is any point in the rest of the steps.
